Questions to Ask:
Are you Licensed?
A broker is required by law to have authority issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Our License is MC615103
When do you charge a deposit?
We don't charge your credit card until a truck confirms that they will pick up your car. Many companies charge immediately. That is against Visa, MasterCard and American Express regulations!
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel without penalty at any time, as long as we haven't dispatched your order to a truck. Most companies charge you a cancellation fee.

1. Is the company government licensed? Each broker and each trucker is given an MC number by the Federal Highway Administration office. Our MC# is 615103
2. What about insurance? The trucking company which hauls your car carries the insurance for your shipment, not the broker. Some trucking companies require you, the customer, to pay the deductible if there is damage to your Vehicle. We ONLY use trucking companies who pay the deductible, not passing it on to the shipper!
3. What is the company's track record? Make sure that no matter which company you choose that you take the time to carefully check them out. The Federal Highway Administration (which investigates claims) is located in Washington D.C. They keep files on all companies. Also check with the Better Business Bureau. Make sure you give them the actual telephone number of the company to be checked out, not the name of the company! There are too many companys using similar names!
4. Are you quoted an exact delivery time or day? There is NO WAY any company can quote you an exact pickup or delivery time or day. Common sense dictates that bad weather conditions, bad road conditions, driver illness and fatigue, mechanical breakdowns, etc., can determine and even effect changes in pickup and delivery times.
We are very knowledgeable regarding the rules and regulations of the Federal Highway Administration. Our first commitment to you is to ship your car in the safest manner possible. This includes placing it with the right carrier so that we minimize the chance of any damages. Even though all the trucks we use have cargo and liability insurance, it is very important that your vehicle be dispatched to a carrier that has the most experience shipping your type of vehicle.
We sincerely hope that you choose to ship with us. We realize that this is a tough decision to make with so many choices. We are always available to give you more information or handle any special requests which you may have regarding your particular move. We would appreciate the opportunity to make this a trouble-free move and a very pleasant experience. We also know that doing a good job for you will mean repeat business for us and referrals from you.
